As I understand it, the core accusation that led to the firing of Andrew McCabe is that McCabe misled investigators about giving information to a former Wall Street Journal reporter regarding the investigation of Hillary Clinton and the Clinton family’s charitable foundation. In his post-firing statement, McCabe asserted that he not only had authority to “share” that information with the media, but did so with the knowledge of “the director.” The FBI director at the time was James Comey.

I suspect that corrupt Congress not only knows when it’s being lied to, but let’s fellow crooks get away with lying to Congress.
All of them lied. All of the time. Big question: Will they be punished for it, as we would be in the same situation?
Will Comey pull his book? My gut says yes.

McCabe, Comey, Brennan, Lynch, Rice and others were part of the cabal that sought to rig the election against Trump and then tried desperately to prevent him from assuming office. They did this under the direction of Obama. They remain pathologically loyal to the vile Obama and will do or say anything to protect him. Sadly the Republicans seem incapable or unwilling to pursue justice.

McCabe smells a criminal charges against him. The left would have taken care of him financially, he’s worried it will be much more than losing some of his pension. He should be worried, but jail should be the last of his worries. I am sure his friends will support his testimony.

The these guys figure, if McCabe didn't need authorization, then Comey could answer "No" even if he was aware of what McCabe was doing.
What a pair of dissimulating jerks. Not the "whole truth" at all. They are both lawyers.

I am wondering where he got the ‘authority’ to ‘share’ information with the media then lie about it.

We know he lied already. He told Congress that he did not decide whether to clear Hillary until just before he did so.
What in your wildest imagination makes you think Deep State proven liar James Comey will pull his book ?
