The FBI examined only a tiny fraction of hundreds of thousands of Hillary Clinton emails discovered six weeks before the 2016 presidential election on a laptop used by Anthony Weiner, husband of Clinton aide Huma Abedin. Here is a timeline. March 2015 – The New York Times reports that Hillary Clinton used a private email server located in her basement to conduct all her State Department business as Secretary of State (2009-2013). Her team turns over some 30,000 emails deemed work-related, but deleted 33,000 emails they considered personal.

When then-FBI Director James Comey announced he was closing the Hillary Clinton email investigation for a second time just days before the 2016 election, he certified to Congress that his agency had “reviewed all of the communications” discovered on a personal laptop used by Clinton’s closest aide, Huma Abedin, and her husband, Anthony Weiner. At the time, many wondered how investigators managed over the course of one week to read the “hundreds of thousands” of emails residing on the machine, which had been a focus of a sex-crimes investigation of Weiner, a former Congressman. Comey later told Congress that “thanks...

“The FBI only looked at 3000 of 675,000 Crooked Hillary Clinton Emails.” They purposely didn’t look at the disasters. This news is just out. @FoxNews 9:11 AM - 25 Aug 2018

A bombshell new investigation has revealed that former FBI Director James Comey buried hundreds of thousands of emails that were discovered on Anthony Weiner's laptop by officials. Comey claimed Weiner's laptop was thoroughly analyzed by investigators, but a new report reveals that the trove of emails went unexamined, indicating that the previous claims were far from true. According to Real Clear Investigations, Comey prematurely closed the investigation into Hillary Clinton‘s email server due to political motivations and lied to the American people by claiming that the bureau had “reviewed all of the communications” found on disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner‘s...

The report says, “Comey, Baker, and other FBI witnesses told us that they believed the prosecutors were overly cautious about obtaining the laptops because they were intimidated by high-powered defense counsel like [Beth] Wilkinson.” The report also describes other FBI witnesses who made the same claim — including agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, whose text messages in the report revealed their political bias against Donald Trump becoming president. “Some FBI witnesses told us, consistent with text message exchanges between [Peter] Strzok and [Lisa] Page, that the FBI was concerned that the line [Network Security Division] prosecutors were intimidated by...

James Comey doesn't know a whole lot. Whenever he's asked to testify, out spill a lot of Clintonesque claims of ignorance. But even by the standard of things that Comey doesn't know, this section from the IG report is truly impressive. James Comey doesn't know what he knows. Act 1: Comey plays really dumb.

With former FBI director James Comey reportedly considering a movie deal, events are undermining his narrative by the day, even for a reduced version of “A Few Good Men.” The man Comey described as a “good man,” his former top aide Andrew McCabe, was just referred by the Justice Department’s inspector general for criminal charges. Comey now says “Good people lie. I think I’m a good person, where I have lied.” That is not exactly the stuff of Tom Cruise yelling, “I want the truth!” The truth is that Comey and McCabe repeatedly have criticized President Trump for degrading the...

The release Tuesday of James Comey’s highly anticipated memoir has rekindled the simmering feud with top Clinton family advisers, who still blame the fired FBI director for President Trump’s 2016 election victory.

Longtime Clinton insider Lanny Davis is accusing former FBI Director James Comey of being a “liar” and “renegade narcissist.” Davis says that Comey is lying when he says that he was “obligated” to write a letter on Oct. 28, 2016, re-opening the email probe because of promises he had made to Congress. Davis claims that Comey merely told congressional leaders that he would “look at” any new evidence that emerged regarding Clinton emails. “Mr. Comey is lying when he said he was, quote, ‘obligated’ to write that letter because he promised Congress. He now knows that that’s a false statement;...

As I understand it, the core accusation that led to the firing of Andrew McCabe is that McCabe misled investigators about giving information to a former Wall Street Journal reporter regarding the investigation of Hillary Clinton and the Clinton family’s charitable foundation. In his post-firing statement, McCabe asserted that he not only had authority to “share” that information with the media, but did so with the knowledge of “the director.” The FBI director at the time was James Comey.

(snip)1 – Comey signed FISA applications that cited the largely discredited anti-Trump dossier as purported evidence to conduct surveillance on Carter Page, who briefly served as a volunteer campaign foreign policy adviser.2 – Comey reportedly did not tell the FISA court that Steele’s dossier was funded by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).3 – Comey’s FISA application reportedly did not inform the court that Steele had been hired by Fusion GPS.4 – Comey’s FISA application is accused of incorrectly assessing that Steele did not provide information to Yahoo News.5 – Comey cited the dossier in...

In March 2017, then-FBI Director James Comey briefed a number of Capitol Hill lawmakers on the Trump-Russia investigation. One topic of intense interest was the case of Michael Flynn, the Trump White House national security adviser who resigned under pressure on February 13 after just 24 days in the job. [....] ...Lawmakers wanted Comey to tell them what was up. And what they heard from the director did not match what they were hearing in the media. According to two sources familiar with the meetings, Comey told lawmakers that the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn did not believe that Flynn...

Chris Farrell, the Director of Investigations and Research at Judicial Watch, was a guest on FOX News last night to discuss the portion of Huma Abedin’s emails that were released by the State Department yesterday. During the interview Farrell pointed out how former FBI Director James Comey lied before Congress when discussing the emails in front of Congress. Gateway pundit’s Cristina Lalia reported yesterday that as previously reported, conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch revealed in October the State Department admitted it received 2,800 Huma Abedin government documents from the FBI that were found on her husband Anthony Weiner’s laptop.

There's always conflicting recollections of facts,” FBI Director Comey said. It was a year ago and Comey was explaining why Hillary’s close aide, Cheryl Mills, not only received an immunity agreement in exchange for turning over her laptop, but a pass on lying to the FBI. The FBI Director claimed that Mills had to receive immunity because the laptop might be protected by attorney-client privilege. Mills, like Hillary Clinton, had worked as a lawyer. But they were both government officials working for the State Department. Hillary wasn’t Mills’ client. The government was.

Video: A new hearing on 9/26/2017 revealed a lot about the FBI. Senator Chuck Grassley announced in a speech on September 26th that the FBI has been refusing to give any information on James Comey and the Hillary Clinton Email Investigation. He also revealed they put gag orders on all FBI members investigating the case which has never been done. But the biggest bombshell he dropped was that, after seeing witness testimony, James Comey decided to draft his recommendation exonerating Hillary Clinton months before the investigation was even over.

Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley announced Wednesday plans to subpoena two senior FBI officials to question them about former FBI Director James Comey, opening the door for even more incriminating information to be uncovered about him. “We’ve got subpoenas at the Senate counsel office,” Grassley told CNN Wednesday, referencing the office responsible for drafting subpoenas. “When we get done there, I’m gonna have to consult with Sen. Feinstein.” The top ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sen. Diane Feinstein, has been working with Grassley to investigate President Donald Trump’s purported connections to Russia, as well as his termination...

From the beginning it was a set up to find dirt on Trump campaign insiders and if possible to topple Donald Trump’s presidential aspirations. Before and after the 2016 election. And while this operation had many moving parts and alternating players, the mission to unseat Trump never changed. And it remains ongoing. Paul Manafort was wiretapped. Cater Page was wiretapped. Donald Trump Jr. was wiretapped. Jared Kushner was wiretapped. Gen. Michael Flynn was wiretapped. And likely there were others. Find Out More > 62,840 And none of it was very legal. In fact, most of it was very illegal, according...

James Clapper told NBC the deep state did not wiretap Trump Tower or the Trump campaign. We now know these were both lies. James Comey has lied under oath several times.
