I would think they keep the current list of students private since they are minors. The link I found for David Hoggs and the official Redondo Union high school website, is a part for the alumni and it looks like it is voluntary to sign up for it since they would be adults now.
Even though there is an added s to his last name, we know he lived in that particular city and the other TV news video shows he was there at the time. It would also mean he volunteered to be on that list.

You follow the Facebook photo of the "graduation picture" of David Hoggs from the Redondo Union High School and then look at Rebecca Boldrick's Facebook page (the mom) friends, you find David Hogg and Derek Hogg way down the extensive list of her friends. David Hogg's profile has pictures only of a blurry light, a pet dog with a soccer ball, a toad, and an aquarium fish, but no profile information at all. Strange. The Derek Hogg was just a facebook page with a generic male placeholder image and no info at all.
That was earlier this morning. Now, both of those links on her friends page are GONE. There are still several Hogg family members there including a Derek Hogg who's Facebook page has a header picture of Air Force One and Marine One. . . odd.
Looks like she's scrubbing their links.
