Whatever happened to Jesus Campos?
He interrupted the shooter and took a bullet in his leg for his pains.
He's a hero.
He should be on every commentary show in the country by now, especially if he's not in the country legally, he'd be the absolute darling of the media.
Not a peep.
Nothing about his medical treatment.
Nothing about any questioning the authorities have done.
No stories of his childhood.
No I knew him when.
Nothing from any friends and neighbors.
No co-workers talking about what a great guy he is...

Seems to me the Hard Hat is much more practical than The Kaiser.

LOL! That’s what my grandmother always said about notoriety.
Another one was to condemn ‘familiar faces in public places.’ You didn’t want to be seen ‘out and about’ too much ;-)
I’ve never understood people who, having just experienced a tragedy, allow the press access to them. Maybe it’s a matter of getting it over with, because the fiends will hound you and camp outside of your house until you talk to them.
