Dating is in decline among young people, a major study has found.
Those born between 1995 and 2012, dubbed the “i-Generation”, are noticeably less interested in romance than their millennial predecessors, according to a new book by Jean Twenge, a psychology professor at San Diego State University.
Teenagers from this group have grown up with social media and smart phones, meaning they spend far more time socialising with one another online than they do in person.

Eventually people want to have children and as much as society tries to convince us that single parenthood and out of wedlock children are cool, observations tell otherwise. Girls see their single mom friends struggling to make ends meet and don't envy them. Men see their single dad friends paying child support to kids they barely known and don't want that either.
Thousands of years of parenting have taught us that the ONLY arrangement that works to raise kids is a man and woman, married each other, remaining married to each other, and conceiving children between only the two of them which they raise together with shared resources.
Everything else is a lie and a recipe for dysfunction and poverty. And everyone in their hearts know this.
People are holding off getting married because they erroneously believe they can't afford to have children. This is a lie too.

Marriage as ordained by God is the way to go. However, our country doesn’t treat marriage that way. Americans get pagan marriage. You can roll the dice and get married to another Christian and hope it all works out. But if it doesn’t, either one the spouses can get dumped, at anytime, for any reason.
Thus marriage in our country is a sham. If you can bang some hos and you don’t have the religious conviction that it’s wrong, why would any dude get married? So he can lose half his stuff if things go wrong? So he can pay child support? The next trend will be young guys freezing some sperm and getting themselves sterilized. Then they will be 100% in control and can also avoid child support.
Well, that brings up a whole host of other issues, if we want to talk about how men have difficulties in divorce court. Some stories you hear are enough to make a man gun shy.
They are not scared. They are “offended”. Offended means they get to control what you do. They aren’t actually offended. Nothing really offends them. They just want to attack you.
They aren’t offended by the N word because they hear it all the time. They just don’t want YOU to say it or even think it. An i-Gen will watch porn all day, walk around wearing a p*ssy hat and claim to be “offended” because you told a joke.

Genetic engineering and gene therapy are already here. Right now, the are still in the domain of black programs, with offshore facilities to circumvent US law (ie bns on fetal/embroyo subjects). The ability to both spawn master classes, as well as rectify problem populations (eg low IQ clusters) will most likely be the initial targets.
With the conjunction of quantum computing and AI, the notions of quaint concepts like dating, sex, marriage, etc will all prove to be obsolete. We can already see in the marriage market - it's morphed into such a horrible bad deal for men, that they wisely stay away.
Women too are in the game; why deal with an 'insensitive' jerk when FB and other social media platforms provide all the (virtual) comfort and validation one could desire? Women are so addicted to SM that they literally cannot help themselves while sitting at a red light.
Anyway, the classic saying of "He/she who complains has already lost" is very apropos. Technology proceeds apace without regard or respect for the opinions of prior generations. For the i-generation, this is their moment, which too will be soon supassed by those not yet born. It's just "the way it is".

Late 80s, I saw the rise of the “group date” where a bunch of friends, guys and girls, would go out and hang together. Problem then was that any time only two got together, it was automatically thought to be “serious”, even if it was a first date.
When white dudes get feminized, women become more interested in black guys.

Please. 1st it was ‘rock-n-roll’, then the 60’s counter-culture. This time, the fogies think it’s porn and hand-held devices. The ‘free milk’ has ALWAYS been around.
How ‘bout we lay the blame where it truly lies: GOVT.
- Out of control growth = more $$$ = more and more to even keep ones head above water (vs. < 50’s single-bread-winner). Housing prices skyrocket = easier to exist in parents’ basement than on own.
- Laws vs. nuclear family (death taxes, ‘marriage penalty’, etc.).
- Welfare promoted vs. nuclear family (FREE *everything*, more kids = more $$$, no dad = no problem)
- Favoritism/racism in welfare (’grants’, jobs, quotas)
- Law vs. MEN. Uncontested divorce, men always get short-straw in courts, high alimony (even if re-married), etc.
ANY and EVERY thing that can be brought against a traditional, stable marriage/family, the govt has under-cut. Even worse vs. the male/authority figure.
Four of my kids were born during that timeframe, and only one of them is slow to dating. The rest need a bit and bridle to rein them in.
Heck now you can just use a turkey baster for that. All the gays are having their "Gaybies."
