I saw the oddest propaganda message from North Korea this morning: "Our Republic already warned them spending a hard time of every minute of their miserable lot while putting their necks into the noose with their own hands to reasonably think and pass correct judgment if they wanted to avoid a fresh blow from us in front of the world."....
.... So I decided to expand on it. Perhaps Glorious Leader Kim will see my work and hire me as Nork's spokesperson!
Starting with their original statement, I shall expand upon it:

Without mercy we shall crack open ostrich eggs on their unhappy foreheads while the tears of chastity run down their beards. Without any thought to circumspect attrition, and not pretending the fire is blooming in the bush, we cannot help but to call out laughter upon the twisted merchants of propensity to obese. Unfortune with the best of bald angels, there cannot brook no help for the wailing teeth of the mouths that cry aloud, "Oh father, oh leader, for it is sworn upon us and we go out childless and with no cards and no probable ways". Often we warned them to fail to debate our stern chin, and they with their own fingers fumbled the drink of joy against their chests. Fur shall cling to their backs in despair of hunger and without stalwart feelings of melencholy shall we parade over their declining health! The fist of anger is upon them, and they march into the dark clouds with no thought to the rareness of the heaven. There can be no fight against our world, for we catch the fish and dam the river against their well, and we dominate all the rings of fortuitiousness and their infants wither and crumble in the wombs of hoplessness.

I long dated a South Korean. When I expressed concern about some North Korean proclamation, she looked at me with exasperation and asked why I bothered paying any attention to them at all.
NK is the equivalent of the mentally ill kid up the street spouting Tourette’s and building a gun from scratch: most of the time you just ignore him to keep the relative peace, but when he starts testing the thing and shouting “you’re next” (clearly meaning _you_), you take him down.

North Korea is China and Russia’s attack dog. They can proclaim innocence, while the dog attacks.
