When I was her age, she wouldn’t have had a second look.
Hmmm... vs. having some muscles that deteriorate if she doesn’t work the rest of her life to keep them toned?
My wife stayed pleasantly slender and she’s almost 50 now, and has NEVER worked out, run, etc. Diet, reasonable activity, and genetics... Lucky her! And me!
THIS woman may well be fine if she just watches what she eats - granted that many do not.
She doesn't have 10 lbs to spare.
