Had a Filipina (ex)friend here in Japan that dated an Iranian. She went to Iran with him and came back with her eyebrows shaved off and replaced with tattoos that looked just like this woman :/

I think that’s where they’ve been trimmed down to. And the space between looks to be the right width for a Lady Bic razor.
