An unnamed person inside a Nashville (TN) sneaker shop went John Wick on three armed robbers last after they made the mistake of charging into the store with guns blazing.
A man died after he was injured during a shootout at a Bordeaux shop late Thursday night.
It happened inside retailer Hot Kicks, located in a strip mall at 3101 Clarksville Pike, around 11 p.m.
Metro police told News 2 a group of people were inside the store when at least three armed suspects came in through an unlocked back door and began firing.
One of the people in the store returned fire, while others took off running, according to police.
Metro police said officers found one man near the back door with several gunshot wounds.
None of the customers or staff of the store were injured in the exchange of gunfire. One of the three robbers was found critically injured outside the back door of the shop by police, and died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The other two suspects arrived at TriStar Centennial Medical Center leaking from fresh holes, and one of those two robbers is now in critical condition.

I make it a point always to be armed, even in reach when in the shower. Especially when filling gas or at the ATM.
I had a home invasion where some druggie broke down my front door. I heard him rattle my front door and saw him through the peephole. When he busted in through my front door I had my Charter Arms 44 Special revolver aimed between his eyes. I was a fraction of a second from trigger release when he spotted the gun while charging me with hands outstretched at my throat. He turned and ran very fast. I did not shoot him in the back, but wonder to this day how many victims I could have saved.
A few years later I was at an ATM on a sunny Weekend morning. A car with what I think was 5 bandana wearing youts pealed out of the gas station next to the bank and went the wrong way in the road to pull up directly behind me in the handicapped slot. I could hear them arguing about who was going to get me when I grabbed money and ATM card and ran to my car. It was in Florida and I had a CCW and a Colt Pocket Ponylite .380 in my front pocket. Not too good against 5 bangers. In my car I had a Glock 30 45 ACP with extra mags.
These teenage latin bandanna-wearing thugs who did not have a plan who was to get me just tore out of the bank parking lot. I would have had a gun in each hand. I consider multiple attackers now.
Waiting for the “All you need is a revolver” crowd to chime in.
At around lunch time we were preparing to take off our pistols/holsters/mag carriers before leaving for the local deli. The instructor advised that TN was an open carry state and we could leave our gear in place. We picked up our sandwiches with no issues or side glances from the neighbors.
