The Most Infuriating Movie Endings Of All Time
YouTube ^ | March 27, 2017 | Looper

There's nothing quite as frustrating as a bad movie ending. Failure to stick that landing in the final act can totally ruin an otherwise great film, or give us one more reason to hate one that was already a dud. Here's a look at some of the most annoying movie endings in recent memory. And it should go without saying, but spoilers ahead…

The Matrix Revolutions | 0:23
X-Men: The Last Stand | 0:59
Signs | 1:44
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 | 2:43
Now You See Me | 3:27
I Am Legend | 4:15
Man of Steel | 5:14
Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King | 6:06

Ditto, The whole series was viewed from Tony's perspective.

The statement was made "when it happens you won't see it coming." The hit man entered and exited the bathroom BEHIND Tony and his field of vision: when Tony got wacked, he never saw it coming... immediate, permanent "fade to black" because Tony was dead and could no longer see anything in this life.

They tried to kill Tony in the series THREE times and as the saying goes: "The THIRD time's the charm". Just before the hit takes place Tony's daughter symbolizes this fact: she is seen trying to park her car outside the restaurant. She fails the first two times and finally succeeds on her THIRD attempt before entering the restaurant.

Before getting hit, Tony says the restaurant "has the best onion rings in the city" ...harking back to the police chief's remarks from The Godfather before he gets wacked saying "this restaurant has the best veal in the city". In both cases, the hit men came out of the bathroom to do the deed.

These are but a few of the facts/hints the creator of the series and director of the final episode sattered throughout the episode to prove, without a shadow of a doubt that Tony Soprano was dead and wasn't coming back.

The Mockingjay part two. Fourth of the Hunger Games franchise. They gratuitously killed off some of the good guys. By then I was sick of the characters dying off. And the final life of the survivors was boring.

Outstanding film, but very hard to watch a second time because Javier Bardem is just that good at embodying a totally amoral, brutal, merciless, cold blooded killer. His scene with the owner at the cash register in the gas station with the coin is downright terrifying.

Some don't like the film's ending because it portrays a very real truth that people do not want to face: sometimes, some very evil people "get away with murder" in this life.

Gilda Texter is the only reason to watch Vanishing Point.

Can someone please tell me the meaning of the ending of
The Thomas Crown Affair? I can’t remember seeing it all the way through from beginning to end but I’m sure I have.

I saw about the last 1/2 of it the other night and Steve McQueen flys off into the sunset and Faye Dunaway is reading a note from him that says, “Left early. Bring the cash or keep the car.”

PLEASE ANYONE....enlighten me.

Just like Dexter, don’t watch the last season of Lost. The first 3 seasons were amazingly good like Dexter and then it seemed they hadn’t expected to get that far and didn’t know what to do.

I like that ending to The Wizard of Oz. I also came up with my own script for an ending that involved William McKinley, Teddy Roosevelt, German Emperor Wilhelm II, Albert Einstein and the US Navy.

I saw Song of the South in 1958. Looks like I'll have to get a bootleg DVD if I want to see it again.

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, because Indiana Jones was irrelevant to the movie.

Yes, “A Beautiful Mind.” Thank you.

It’s one reason I rarely watch movies anymore. Especially dramas. And I specifically mean THAT MOVIE. What a collasal waste of time! It’s also why I don’t take peoples’ word when they say ‘you’ve gotta see this movie! It’s great!”

Thanks again.

I thought it was interesting up until Ed Harris showed up. Then you can only make one conclusion and it goes downhill from there.

Of course, Jennifer Connelly is always worth sticking with a movie for.

“Open Water 2003”

Billed as a “fight for survival”.

In the end, they both die...
