French police are investigating an assault on two Jewish brothers in a Paris suburb in which the attackers allegedly shouted anti-Semitic abuse.
The eldest, 29, and his brother, 17, say one of the attackers was armed with a hacksaw and they both suffered cuts during the struggle.
They say they were harassed while driving through Bondy on Tuesday evening wearing kippas.
Bondy is near Aulnay-sous-Bois, an area hit by anti-police rioting this month.
No suspects have been detained yet in connection with Tuesday's assault,
Bondy is part of Seine-Saint-Denis district, north-eastern Paris, where violence erupted earlier this month because of the alleged rape of a young black man by police.
The man, called Theo, left hospital this week after emergency treatment. Violence also rocked some other suburbs.
Seine-Saint-Denis has a high density of immigrants, many of them Muslims. The district suffers from high unemployment and urban deprivation......

This violence would seem to help Marine Le Pen in her election fight.
Her stand against wearing the hijab this week when asked to do so in Lebanon stands out.
The insiders are consolidating behind the former banker Emmanuel Macron, hoping he has the best change of beating Le Pen in the second round of the presidential election.
Two of her top aides are being accused of corruption with a police investigation underway. How convenient can the timing be, two months before the election.
But Le Pen stands as the leader in the first round and has been steadily gaining ground in second round polling.
I find this totally unbelievable, myself. Even if a cop were disposed to that sort of thing, trying it on a potentially infected individual from sub-Saharan Africa in that community would seem suicidal, at best.

One thing is for sure, the promotion of "multiculturalism" has causd the cancer of Islam to infect Europe, to the point that it's dangerous to be a Jew there. And soon it will be dangerous to be anything other than a Muslim.

Maybe something was lost in translation, but really, a hacksaw is only a good weapon if it the only thing you have.

Try using one some time.
Many years ago as a corrections officer, I saw the mutilations that a hack saw blade can cause.One good draw slash can put the ripping blade an inch or more, right to the bone.
And the damned things are so common as to be untraceable, and the teeth will hold any filth the wielder wants to put on them. Use your imagination.
A hack saw blade is horrible. I would not hesitate to shoot anyone coming after me with a hack saw blade.
France would do well to kick the muzzies out and to encourage Jews to stay in France.

President Hollande visited the man in the hospital and was pictured with “Theo” and a police officer has been arrested.
