I make a quickie meatloaf that’s good. 1lb ground beef, 1 sleeve ritz crackers, 1 can Rotel, 1 egg, dried onions, A-1,Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Top with ketchup and bake.
Christie and Trump and their wives have been good friends for 15 years. Normal life for them to see each other once in a while when the opportunity presents itself.
Presidents have friends too. Trump has more than most.
I love meat loaf. You can make it lower in calories by adding grated zuchinni or carrots.
You can also add “Grape Nuts” cereal. I think they use that and carrots as a “stretcher” or “filler” to make it go further as well as making it lo cal.
Don’t forget the ketchup frosting!

I’m not a fan of Christie .. and I’m not sure I would trust Christie to keep his mouth shut about his conversations with Trump; or any other persons he happens to meet in the WH.
I love meatloaf as well. The way my mom made it was great. It was 1/2 ground chuck and 1/2 ground pork, worcestershire sauce, egg, onion, etc. I really like the taste of the beef/pork blend.
I would do anything for meatloaf.
That meatloaf sound delicious——I’ve never used 1/2 half pork and will definitely give it a try.

Meatloaf is best 1/3 beef, 1/3 veal, 1/3 pork loin.
But, success is all in the seasonings.

Me, too. But I have to get it at a restaurant. I am a pretty good cook, but the one time I tried to make meatloaf it was horrible.
