Here's another important fact. Many Mexicans go to Mexico for medical care, including surgery and all kinds of major medical care. As a result, when one of them is in a wreck or injured, no medical records are available here to show previous injuries/conditions and they are able to claim it was because of the wreck/injury. As a result, lawyers argue that all injuries they have were a result of the incident which occurred here.
Conversely, Americans whose records are available can not claim previous injuries were caused by the recent wreck/injury due to availability of records AND a different value system which says such deception is wrong. In every possible way, illegal aliens are raping our system.
It’s all about bringing people in to take what we have produced. The left feels that all that White Christians have accomplished is racist and unfair, and that downtrodden non-White non-Christians deserve it all.
It’s more than that. In California, I’ve seen illegals come in with OBVIOUSLY fake clinical reports (ultrasound report, for example) from Mexico, describing injuries, claimed to have occurred in the USA, for which the illegal is trying to get compensation.
I’ve always been honest with insurance adjusters about these reports, and pointed out inconsistencies which indicate the reports are fraudulent ... but I know there are docs who do the exact opposite and tell the insurance adjusters to pay the claim.
Insurance adjusters are, like everyone else, a mixed group, and some seem happy to go along with fraud if so advised by a physician.
Note that the largest accident insurance company in California, State Comp, is run by the State, so there’s no profit motive in reducing fraud.
In the early 1990’s, my sister was driving in LA and a crappy, rusty car in front of her slammed on the brakes with no warning. She hit them and a car behind her slammed into her and a bunch of mexicans got out of both cars complaining of neck and back injuries. She had to write them a check on the spot.She told me later that a lawyer was involved somehow and this was a scam. She said she got off cheap compared to what others had to pay.

When an illegal is at fault and smashes your vehicle, they get away free and clear because their licenses are bogus as well as that insurance card they fork over.
Do I mind that my insurance went way up to pay for their damage? Hell yes.
Staged accidents are a big industry in California. And guess who’s staging them? Illegals with crooked US lawyers and doctors. I used to know a guy who worked as a capper.
They pick off newer cars because they’re sure the car is fully insured since it’s probably financed.
They dont realize that those before us took over to whoever was here before them.
We have evidence now that europeans were in america thousands of years before originally thought.

It happened to my youngest son a few months ago. A Mexican changed lanes in front of him and slammed on the brakes.
A woman involved in staging a car accident in MA was killed herself some years ago.
And, to make a larger point, quite often, when an illegal gets a personal injury award, they go home for good because they can afford it in that living expenses are far less in their home countries. Shed no tears for such insurance companies, because ultimately, the premiums imposed to pay for awards to illegals tend to fall on those who employ them and who benefit from their labor. Indeed, if insurers required e-verify as to all employees of their insureds and for any contractors they hire, many illegals would be fired and forced to return home.
That’s been known to happen. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
