I remember the early 90s and the excess of graduates from computer repair schools. Wandering the streets still unemployed heavily in debt from 3rd party crap tech schools, muttering....

Exactly! That was the plan when adopted...The Uniparty could mine a bonanza of new votes...The votes of the dependent, the naive, the dim witted and the easily led are cheaply bought...Done again with amnesty for illegals...Rinse, repeat...
Repeal and replace the 26th Amendment...
Raise Federal voting age to 25...Must be subject to property tax, or a veteran of military service, and never been on public assistance for the previous 4 years to vote...
In other words, you must be a real, live grown-up “pulling at the oars” to be part of the process...Otherwise, you’re just a passenger in the boat...Sit down, and shut up, Snowflake!
Of course, will never happen...
