Comedian and former talk-show host Rosie O'Donnell has a new idea for preventing President-elect Donald Trump from taking office — martial law.
Hollywood hand-wringing over Mr. Trump’s Election Day victory was taken to a new level Wednesday night when Ms. O’Donnell told over 900,000 followers that she “fully” supported the imposition of martial law prior to Jan. 20.
“I fully support imposing martial law — delaying the inauguration — until Trump is ‘cleared’ of all charges,” Ms. O’Donnell, who formerly co-hosted “The View” with Barbara Walters, tweeted.

What will Rosie do on the 20th when the army brings Trump to the inauguration in a tank and then hauls Obama out of the White House and ships him to Gutmi?

Somebody tell me what charges she is talking about. I haven’t heard that Trump has been “charged” with anything, except winning the presidency.
Sedition = : incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority. Rosie should be careful.

I will put nothing past them—Riots in washington, Truck Rammings, Bombs, fires, maybe attempted assassination of Trump and Pence. I read that some want to burn the White House or Ram a jet into the Capital Building to stop what they think in their demented brain, is a new Hitler. They must be ready! If such things happen the whole world could change. Trump and Pence gone—Paul Ryan will be president of the USA! Who would be VP? Maybe Rubio? this could lead to Civil war.
The only problem with Obama imposing martial law is finding enough soldiers and police to enforce it for him.
So he may try...but if he does, he’ll just be arrested and detained.
Exaclty. Rosie, the brainiac, isnt really thinking this through as you might expect.
The first question that came to mind was who would the military follow, Obama or Trump?
The answer is the US Constitution. The military would make sure that Trump was sworn in and Obama was arrested.
... but when was the last time someone was jailed for "sedition"? I think that word (and law) went out a hundred years ago. Sort of like "unconstitutional" after Obama, the word has no meaning now, its sort of an opinion. Wouldn't it be great to put teeth back into three such words:
Sedition
Unconstitutional
Liable
Our country would change immediately.
