Sorry but there is no right associated with with youtubing. It’s a privilege granted by a private entity. If dude doesn’t agree maybe he should start his own version of YouTube.

I would ask you to imagine if all the airwaves were owned by a private corporation; That a private corporation had all the legal rights to the airwaves, and nobody could transmit anything without their approval.

You may be technically correct that no one else has a right to these airwaves, but this position leads to a mighty big problem for a nation such as ours.

It renders the concept "freedom of speech" meaningless, for there is no point to any speech if it cannot be heard. To address this further, we need to understand why the founders incorporated this concept into our constitution. I believe they regarded it as a necessary step in protecting freedom, and of steering the nation on the most prudent path. Benjamin Franklin put it in the best manner of which I have heard.

Printers are educated in the Belief, that when Men differ in Opinion, both Sides ought equally to have the Advantage of being heard by the Publick; and that when Truth and Error have fair Play, the former is always an overmatch for the latter: Hence they chearfully serve all contending Writers that pay them well, without regarding on which side they are of the Question in Dispute.

There is also the matter of a party in control of the government gaining control of all means of mass communication, and thereby using it to maintain their oligarchy. This is exactly the system we live under currently. The party of government *HAS* control of virtually all means of mass communications, and they have so far used this virtual monopoly to elect Bill Clinton and to Elect Barack Obama. (both events causing mass death and much destruction to the best interests of this nation.)

Now you say that someone should make their own youtube, as if billions of dollars will drop out of the sky and make it possible to compete with this leviathan which owns it. This makes as much sense as telling gas station owners that all they have to do to compete with John Rockefeller is to create their own "Standard Oil" corporation.

No, past experience has taught us that corporate monopolies can grow so large as to make it impossible for the free market to challenge their supremacy.

My point here is that it is contrary to the best interests of the nation, and it is contrary to our own desire for freedom to leave Left Wing San Fransisco based Google in charge of censoring news or information with which they do not agree.

This current state of affairs is a threat to the nation, and despite our desire to let people run their own businesses as they see fit, this particular business is a special case in which we allow them this level of control at our own peril.

Take the hammer of government power and smash censorship. We cannot allow one side to control virtually all means of mass communication. The right must have the ability to reach the public in the same manner that the left currently owns.

The nation cannot last if the leftest monopoly on speech is not broken. Google needs to be brought to heel.

With regards to Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, I don’t expect to see them change until federal action forces it.

This is what I see too. Those people love the Federal government abusing conservatives, so let us give them a taste of that very same treatment and see if perhaps we can induce in their mouths a distaste for excessive Federal power.

They won't learn any other way, and besides, the nation really does needs information streams that are not censored by left wing powers.

The right of “freedom of speech” is a mandate against the federal government impinging that right, it is NO mandate against any individual or private entity determining their own speech or controlling speech that uses their private resources.

And that needs to be changed when it is in regards to gargantuan monsters such as google or the broadcast networks. That they own the equipment is now irrelevant to the very necessary task of communicating with the public which it currently performs.

Google has become a dominant means of communication, and being deprived of access to the infrastructure that this corporation has built is tantamount to being cut off from access to the public.

The necessity of insuring the public's access to important information being censored by the left, does in my own mind justify the extraordinary step of treating the Google leviathan in a manner differently from what we have in the past.

Google needs to be regulated as a communication system. They have too much power and too much control, and they cannot be allowed to possess the power of censorship. It is in the nation's necessary interests that Google (and others) cannot exercise such power, whether they own the equipment or not.

If you need a philosophical salve for accepting such a position, console yourself with the point that the US Federal government owns the Electromagnetic Spectrum through which all this information is sent, and therefore has a right to regulated information carried by wires and fiber in the same manner it already has the right to regulate transmissions carried by airwaves.

The nation has a defacto necessity of preventing censorship, and we must needs jump through whatever philosophical hoops as are necessary to insure that censorship is impossible in this nation.

You have NO expectation of “freedom of speech” with YouTube or any other private entity, They are as free to control the use of THEIR resources, just as the owner of FreeRepublic can kick someone off his website.

So long as they are too small to be a threat to the nation, I agree with you. When they become so large and so significant that their control can swing elections as they did with Barack Obama and tried to do with Hillary, it is time to prevent them from exercising the power of censorship.

Google needs to come under federal regulation which needs to be mandated for the express purpose of preventing them from censoring people. We will not survive as a free nation if the left has control of access to the public.

Seaman was the journalist that HuffPo fired for his pointing to a video that discussed Hillary’s health issues during the campaigns. He was an avid Hillary supporter and self described leftist, but he changed his tune once he was fired for mentioning what he thought was a newsworthy item, namely that the video he mentioned had gone viral and he wondered what that was all about. After his firing he became outspoken against Hillary and the DNC and his Twitter account was suspended then banned. He is being silenced, IMHO.

While it’s not my job to prove/disprove specifics, my understanding of the citizen investigation is that:

it arose in response to no MSM reporting of oddities (to say the least) in the leaked emails;

it arose out of frustration with LEO and DOJ disregard of the same email content;

it has yielded evidence of many different forms of corruption within the high-powered, Clinton-connected tiers of DC influence;

there is much circumstantial evidence that at least warrants official investigation;

many allegations against individuals have been made;

connections between these individuals have been substantiated;

victims are ignored or are disappeared or are defamed or are too damaged to be brought forward;

it appears to be about money and power, about wars being fought to establish oil pipelines with proceeds and commissions accruing to the individuals named, about blackmail. The international arms supply business is around $60B/year and international trafficking of humans, including children, is thought to be around $100B/year

It is the stated hope/intention of the investigators to facilitate an official inquiry. Similar groups have been indicted and some participants convicted in Belgium, UK, Netherlands, Belgium.

This goes beyond individual instances of abuse or occult practice. It appears to be corruption on a global scale benefiting the same circle of influential and inter-connected people, politicians and policy-makers. This group is powerful and wide-spread enough that objective investigation may be impossible.

Given all of the above, millions of citizens from all over the planet are still determined to catalogue as much circumstantial evidence as possible, refusing to be deterred even by suspicious deaths and disappearances of whistle-blowers from all facets of global power.

How credible is it that decades of allegations, testimony by numerous ritual abuse survivors, actual documentation of aspects of trauma-related mind-control perpetrated by government intelligence agencies is never examined and instead, any survivor, any whistle-blower is accused of perjury, connected people are murdered or found dead in suspicious circumstances, professionals are accused of conspiratorial implantation of false memories, LEO are fired, transferred or resign, only to suicide or die in questionable circumstances and only low-level perpetrators are ever convicted? This is over a 70-year period, on numerous continents and in a growing list of countries.

See George Webb on You Tube. Very professional presentation linking names/projects/countries/dollars. He keeps his distance from the sexual abuse, but mentions child trafficking occasionally. He has been intimidated away from that line of inquiry.

Crimes have been named. Victims are coming forward and actually have been for 60 years. Current and past perps are also named.

Perhaps you haven’t really read the accounts? I just ran a search on Start Page for ‘victims of satanic abuse’. Real accounts begin about the third/fourth listing....the first few are dismissive. George Webb names names, crimes and individuals. It is at the least, a place to begin.

Remember, in the Norwegian ring just busted, the UK rings being documented weekly,the Belgian ring noted in the Doutroux Affair, the Franklin Scandal, the perps were judges, police officers and highly placed politicians. Is it any wonder convictions are difficult? Cases are sealed for 100 years. Why, if nothing exists? Children are jailed for ‘perjury’ for 4+ years. Why, if they are simply crazy or mistaken? They are children, so why convict them of perjury? People like Epstein get a slap on the wrist, even with identified victims, documented happenings and plea bargains. Why plea bargain to fantasy?
