What time of day (in DC) will Trump actually take the Oath of Office?

Ceremony is set to start at 12:00 Noon. Preliminary events include playing the National Anthem,prayer of invocation, VP taking oath of office. I would figure on that taking 15 minutes ( not counting any disruptions by sore loser Democrats).

Noon is when Obama’s term officially ends, and Trump’s begins. There’s nothing stopping Trump from taking the oath early, if there looks like there would be disruptions.
