UPDATE: 2:53 P.M. PT — We’ve learned Debbie’s condition when she was taken to the hospital was listed as “fair to serious.”

Debbie Reynolds just suffered a medical emergency, which we’re told is a possible stroke. … and EMTs just raced to the scene … TMZ has learned.
Debbie was at her son Todd Fisher’s home in Beverly Hills and just after 1 p.m. someone from the house called 911 … TMZ has learned.
We’re told 84-year-old Debbie, who’s daughter Carrie died Tuesday, has been distraught since Carrie’s emergency Friday on a United jet.

Funny....TODD is the name of Elizabeth Taylor’s husband, Michael Todd!!!! What a freaking weird family, although I do like Debbie!!! She got screwed.

Todd is a very level headed strong born again Christian, probably the only one holding things together at this point.
Eddie Fisher was best friends with Elizabeth Taylor’s husband.

Hoping this is not too serious. The poor woman was probably under a lot of stress.
I remember in the early 1980’s when Todd was a frequent guest on Pat Robertson’s TV show The 700 Club.
Prayers for you Debbie. The hardest thing in the world is to outlive your child. You have been a really good woman and we really don’t want you to go yet.
It probably doesn’t help Debbie that Carrie’s death has become an international event. Death of a close family member is hard enough as is. You don’t usually need any Greek Chorus of a bored Media to emphasize the what, why and how much of being sad is fitting.
Yeah, I do also. That is also when he had his own show on the Trinity Broadcasting Network.

Not so sure Todd’s side is a Christian...
Lord Jesus bless Debbie right now, heal and comfort her and may Todd and his wife rededicate themselves during this time of pain and grief.
Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher were close friends of Todd and Elizabeth before Todd’s death.
