Sargon is a classic liberal denouncing the authoritarian left, which makes his criticism all the more valuable.
Is there such a thing as an SJW studying Business, Accounting, History, or Engineering in college?
Exactly.
There are several reasons for it:
* redefining terms with positive connotations so that it includes their beliefs to benefit from the positive emotional imprint of the terms
* creating in group language to distinguish between in group and out group
* adopting whole new terms, even if clunky, to abandon the traditional ones out of the misguided raising of Sapir-Whorf theory to a religion, that words define thoughts so ban X words and you eliminate such thoughts
* creating new terms and redefining terms by various elites and their use by followers in an effort to seem elite, AKA, I know all the complicated terms so I’m proving I’m smarter/better than you rubes.
A few, but the majority aren’t capable of said studies and thus fell into the easier make-graduate programs of women’s studies, ethnic studies.
The horror is that these people graduate to either become permanent activists through non-profits/NGOs or move into HR at companies because they understand the paperwork to fill out for government diversity mandates.
The best way to neuter the movement is eliminate the diversity mandates that are required to get federal funds whether as a college or federal contractor. That’s much of what is funding these programs and the jobs outside of non-profits these people expect to get. And eliminating these chekists in companies will reduce the sheer degree of insanity you get from diversity mandates, much less companies going above and beyond the minimum number of diversity training sessions in an effort to out-social-engineer the workforce in the pursuit of government contracts because it is cheaper to pay for more of these SJWs on the payroll and hold more seminars than build a better missile or deliver a cheaper jet.

The A of G seems to engender that type of reaction for some reason. The pastors son in my home town bacame a libertine POS after high school. They either stick with the churches teachings or go waaay off the reservation. There doesn’t seem to be much of a middle ground.

SJW’s come from a college financing system that places no demands on what students do with the money. We wouldn’t have all these stupid gender studies courses and professirs if they weren’t getting billions of dollars in free money

They come from places like Westchester County NY, Scarsdale, NY, Beverly Hills, Ca, Chevy Chase , MD. Their parents are among some of the wealthiest people in America. The ‘’SJW’’’s are a bunch of spoiled little snot noses who live off their parents until it becomes hip to reject them.
Two types:
1. PC Authoritarians
2. PC Egalitarians
Trait agreeableness or compassion, which derives from mother-child pair-bond.
PC Authoritarians have low verbal cognitive ability and have high inter-personal disgust sensitivity [need to wash hands after shaking, won't share a drink]. Disgust helps pass on cultural norms. Rules passed down by parents, e.g. notion of white racism. Includes high anxiety, mood or personality disorder - clinical diagnosis.
Low tolerance for nuance or unknown and desire for clear rules everything black and white.
Inventors of right wing authoritarianism denies the existence of left wing authoritarianism, a claim of political correctness.
Developed based upon attitude or belief statements by 100s of subjects.
PC Egalitarian predicted by attendance at seminar to proselytize some sort of PC belief, higher verbal cognitive ability and higher level of compassion - more along the lines of a "classic" liberal.
PC authoritarians act through censorship and punitive measures. Egalitarians try to explain and justify the positions of the authoritarians - transference of mother-child bond to the political sphere.

Left wing authoritarians and right-wing authoritarians share many traits, but are differentiated on the "agreeableness" trait.
Both left and right wing authoritarians are after "purity" one through inclusion (and enforcement) the other through exclusion and isolation.
PS Jordan Peterson has made a name for himself by refusing to adopt nongendered and transgendered pronouns [he is a University of Toronto].

And how about spreading these academic rewards to people seeking traditional jobs in manufacturing etc.

Now that you've seen "trigglypuff" you can understand this saying, "Where ignorance is bliss, 'tis folly to be wise."
Are these people who use acronyms attempting to impress fellow millenials and 20-something snowflakes?
