Attachment Size Election Public Records Request Guidance 11-30-2016.pdf 59.22 KB
Today, a large number of municipal clerks have received emails from a Harvey Wasserman containing a public records request for 64 different documents or items relating to the November 8, 2016 General Election.
It is not necessary for you to contact the Wisconsin Elections Commission about this request immediately, and you do not need to forward the request to the staff.
At this time, the only action clerks need to take is to reply to Mr. Wassermans email with this statement: This email acknowledges receipt of your public records request. We will be in contact with you regarding fulfillment.
The staff of the Wisconsin Elections Commission will be reviewing this public records request and providing municipal and county clerks with guidance regarding a response. You will also want to consult with your municipal attorney or corporation counsels office.
Wants names, addresses, etc. that’s it.
Damn.... I cannot wait till 1/20/17.
His rants are hard to read, they hurt my eyes.
It’s time to fight back!!!!
“Fight back”
I agree. I also feel it is high time to not be reactive and be proactive.
I have watched in dismay fellow repubbies use their manners and get screwed every damn time.
#tired of this crap
#fight back
Is he related to Debbie Wasserman?
Should be dealt with using the same speed and priority given to Judicial Watch when they requested Hillary’s emails.
24 months or so should be sufficient time to gather them together, unless they are all contained on a hard drive that was damaged. Worked for Lerner’s IRS.
Send him the bill for the records on January 19. Then tell him it will take a while to compile them.
