No, she is not bald.
She has however, abused her hair to the point that she normally wears a wig.
I had a friend who had long thick hair but she wanted curly hair and a different color. So she bleached it and she permed it and she teased it and her hair went from being long, thick dark brown to short frizzy thin old lady hair.
She now wears a wig too.
Ladies, be nice to your hair.
