I really don’t get it. Something in their DNA chain is missing. Otherwise, it’s hard to explain why they do things like this, or kill another person because he didn’t hold the door open for your girlfriend, or shoot someone because he took the parking place before you. When 13% of the population commits 52% of the murders, and most of those are black-on-black, there is something amiss somewhere.
Discrimination? Of course, but what’s missing in the discussion is that there is, by comparison, virtually no discrimination against other minorities. Blacks have got to learn that discrimination is a learned behavior and ask themselves why they are discriminated against to such a greater degree than other minorities (e.g., Asian). It’s behavior like this that simply reinforces that discrimination.
I don’t think it is genetic or DNA related really. I believe it is a matter of conditioning. To me it’s like what happens when you don’t discipline a “terrible two” to grow out of that sort of learning phase that all you have to do is throw a fit and you get your way.
This problem stems from a plethora of societal problems such as government racial pandering for votes, white guilt, feel good indulgence, bias, and low expectations (by Democrats) of potential and intelligence.
This started with LBJs Great Society and War on Poverty and will either end in reconciliation based on non racial reasoning, or it will end with devolution, period.

In a sense it’s even worse than you say because the overwhelming number of those murders are committed by black men. That means it isn’t 13% of the population. It’s more like 6% or even 4% (black men between ages of 15 and 55).
People from a 4% part of our population commit about 50% of all of our murders in this country. It’s mind boggling.
