It's called 'wreckless endangerment'
It's called child abuse
It's called stupidity beyond reproach
It's called desperate for attention
It's good for child removal by Child Protective Services
and a minimum of 6 months in the County house of hospitality ,
with 3 slops and a cot, and a roommate named LaQuisha !

Thank goodness I was raised when I was. My parents would have been charged with everything on your list. I grew up on a 40 acre “hobby farm”. As kids we got to ride any animal we owned and drive any tractors, mini-bikes, motorcycles or vehicles we were physically large enough to reach the pedals on. We didn’t leave the property on motorized vehicles but we road our horses to town to get ice cream, hamburgers, and candy.

Is there some reason she did this? Was she sick?
If she didn’t feel well enough to drive, she should have pulled over and called family or a taxi. Or maybe 911 if it was bad.
Otherwise, this is inexcusable.

I don’t know. If it was ‘wreckless’, shouldn’t it be the old soccer call, ‘no harm, no foul’?
