It's called 'wreckless endangerment'
It's called child abuse
It's called stupidity beyond reproach
It's called desperate for attention
It's good for child removal by Child Protective Services
and a minimum of 6 months in the County house of hospitality ,
with 3 slops and a cot, and a roommate named LaQuisha !

Kwaniqua. . . . Of course.

Thank goodness I was raised when I was. My parents would have been charged with everything on your list. I grew up on a 40 acre “hobby farm”. As kids we got to ride any animal we owned and drive any tractors, mini-bikes, motorcycles or vehicles we were physically large enough to reach the pedals on. We didn’t leave the property on motorized vehicles but we road our horses to town to get ice cream, hamburgers, and candy.

Is there some reason she did this? Was she sick?
If she didn’t feel well enough to drive, she should have pulled over and called family or a taxi. Or maybe 911 if it was bad.
Otherwise, this is inexcusable.

Kwaniqia needs a getaway driver or a ride from Bella Noche after a late night of drinking.

I let my 7 year old drive around the farm. I was driving a tractor on the farm when I was 5.

I grew up on a farm too. Got in trouble for driving a Case tractor 5 miles into town with the neighbor girl to get Yoohoo’s and Suzy-Q’s. I was about 7 or 8.

Did the kid’s father approve as well?
I was driving farm equipment at 9, by 12 I was driving on the road with a car. I was tall for my age and dad was interested in my ability to handle machinery.

Kwaniqua does NOT sound like a Seminole name to me.

I also started driving on the farm very early. One day, still before legal driving age, Dad told me to take the pickup to the dump to get rid of some stuff. A town cop happened to be there and came over to ask for my license and registration.
He gave me a ride home and said that my Dad and I needed to come down to the station later that day. Dad knew the police chief and got it all straightened out with a phone call. They probably had a good laugh about it, but I was terrified of going to jail.

Perhaps multiple times.
