Resisting arrest is not lawful. Breaking laws and fighting with cops that are trying to arrest you for breaking laws is not lawful.

Legal action proceeded in each of these cases, and the legal system exonerated everyone involved.

How about we seal off ghettos, such as the south side of Chicago, Crenshaw in LA, Anacostia in Washington DC, etc. and let blacks govern themselves. Only blacks allowed. So by defintion, there will be black police, black government officials, etc. Then there can be no talk of racism, if blacks are the ones who oversee other blacks.
