I couldn’t get the video to play on my computer (maybe it’s Flash?) but from the look of Pence’s expression in post 2 above, perhaps he just received confirmation that they’ve now determined that Kaine is the source of the recent rash of CREEPY CLOWN sightings.

On Clutch Cargo only their lips would move! What a hoot!I remember Clutch Cargo. That had to be one of the most bizarre cartoon shows ever produced. Each episode consisted of mostly still drawings, very little actual animation, and human lips superimposed on the character's faces to show them talking. It must have cost about ten bucks per episode to produce.
