If Obama pardons her before he leaves office, a Democrat will never again win the White House, and...... Everything Trump will do to rip down the establishment will happen because the American people would revolt if establishment politicians didn’t go along.
Pardon her for what? No charges have been brought.
I believe Presidents must be precise as to the specific acts that they grant pardons to. I don’t believe blanket pardons are permissible.
I could be wrong but I don’t believe anyone can pardon acts of treason.
Clinton may be pardoned for having an illegal computer network operating for government business but I don’t believe she can be pardoned for selling or causing to be sold state secrets.
Again, I could be wrong but Obama would have to describe what his pardon of her covers and he would also have to pardon every person she had contact with on the illegal network, else they could be prosecuted. Sydney Blumenthal comes to mind ...
