I believe Presidents must be precise as to the specific acts that they grant pardons to. I don’t believe blanket pardons are permissible.
I could be wrong but I don’t believe anyone can pardon acts of treason.
Clinton may be pardoned for having an illegal computer network operating for government business but I don’t believe she can be pardoned for selling or causing to be sold state secrets.
Again, I could be wrong but Obama would have to describe what his pardon of her covers and he would also have to pardon every person she had contact with on the illegal network, else they could be prosecuted. Sydney Blumenthal comes to mind ...

AGAIN, who will challenge his illegal acts or even attempt to stop Baraq Insane? Surely not the spineless GOPee led Congress. I wouldn't count on the RAT party, or the SCOTUS either!!!
