A very interesting speculation and frightening theory about the upcoming election and the next four years of U.S. government.
At first I thought it a bit farfetched. But as I thought about it, maybe it could happen!
The theory as explained:
"I believe that Hillary Clinton will win the election in November," . "Then, sometime between November and January, Hillary will be indicted. The IRS is now investigating the Clinton Foundation and the whole e-mail thing isn't over yet."
"Once under indictment she won't be able to assume the Office of the President in January. Tim Kaine, who will not actually be the Vice President because neither he nor Hillary have been inaugurated, cannot assume the Presidency."
"The Speaker of the House can't move up to it because there is already a sitting President and Vice President. So President Obama, in an Executive Order citing "emergency situation," gives himself another four years in office as the only way possible."
Obama has been planning this for a while now, knowing he has enough on Hillary to indict her. Had the Attorney General indicted her based on evidence from the FBI this plan wouldn't have worked because the DNC would have quickly come up with another candidate.
If you think about it, it's not that outrageous. Many people on the left, including the President, want Obama to stay another four years. The law prohibits him from being re-elected so the only way he can do it is by declaring martial law and suspending the election (which would be a very negative thing for the country) or to declare himself still President because the elected candidate cannot assume her duties.
The latter makes more sense and is actually more feasible. And since it's never been done before, it would set a precedent that would be difficult to challenge.
Of course, if Trump wins the election none of this is going to happen. But what if it is correct? Four more years of Obama and a mostly use less House and Senate would give Obama the time he needs to continue destroying/changing the country to fit his stated goals.

Nor I, sir. Certainly not after what has been seen over the past 8 years. My Civics teacher left me with an uneasy feeling that has weighted my mind for years. What we see today was seen back in the 60’s and it left an imprint which has lasted my adult life. A premonition, a nightmare, but one which never faded and is now reality. Just because it was does never mean it will always BE.

Trump WILL get to the bottom of the foundation felonies and even if Obammie pardons her Trump will let the American people know EXACTLY what Obammie pardoned her for!!! He WILL go down as the most CORRUPT, CROOKED POTUS ever!!!

I think in spite of any executive order he would issue, Obama is required by law to leave office on the 20th of January at exactly noon - his term is up and he’s gone - there is a little known episode in US history - I don’t remember all the details, but it was back in the 1800’s when presidential transfer was about to take place and for some reason the incoming individual was not available immediately to take the oath - the man whose term was up left office and for about four hours someone else - maybe the secretary of state - was officially the president until the newly elected man arrived to be sworn in - time’s up at noon on inauguration day for Obama.....
Hillary is not going to win.
Not unless she cheats, or somehow disposes of Mr. Trump. And, those who know her best know that either scenario could happen.

Actually the guy’s name was David Atchison, senator from Missouri and president pro-tem of the Senate - inauguration day for Zach Taylor was March 4, 1849, a Sunday - but Taylor refused to be sworn in on a Sunday - previous president Polk left office officially at noon on the 4th, so for one day perhaps someone else was president - not clear if it was Atchison though since his term had also expired on the 4th - in any event he spent most of the time sleeping, so never knew he might have been president until later.....

And the same goes for 2008 on all the liberal sites expecting W to declare marshal law due to some fake terror plot.
One of the big differences this time is that I don't think Obama wants to be president anymore.

Yeah, BO’B pictures himself to be ‘KING OF THE WORLD’ as he goes down faster than the TITANIC. He is not very good at bowling, or baseball, or basketball, or golf. Though we do see him on the beach, most ‘folks’ wonder if he really knows how to swim or just pretending to be a buoy with that big hollow head floating on the surface.

Obama can’t wait to get out so he can make Clinton style money. This job sucks for the slacker so he wants it over.
It would come down to a qualification hearing by congress, beginning in the House.
He would be disqualified according to the 21-term requirement no matter any EO.
