The .goy appears to be an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) error when scanning the documents. It is .gov in the original document.
I'm guessing that the v> is confusing the OCR, since it was repeated so many times.

The graphic is correctly displaying the OCR version of the PDF from the link in post #22. The OCR version at the Wikileaks site has the error.

I always bemoaned the age I have lived in. The misfortune of living through the age of the openly criminal presidential campaigns : The first black president, clearly qualifying*, and the first woman candidate for president.*
Both disgraceful, evil and incompetent human(?) beings*.
I now have a different view of the period during which I have lived: I managed to see one instance of total disaster through the gullibility of the Citizen electorate (First Black President) , and one instance of total fail by an attempt at its repetition (Hillary Goddamm Clinton.)
I seriously recommend that Trump bring a wand with him and walk up to Hillary and wand her before all debates, AND also hire the best (non-government) electronics team available to monitor and record ALL active criminal electronic activity during all debates.
Is it disgraceful and pathetic for things to come to this? Yes. But taking no precautions simply plays into the criminals' hands.

Your hypothesis is simpler and therefore probably the more likely! Your hypothesis works also for the copyright sign appearing for the “at” sign. Wouldn’t we, then, expect the same OCR “mistake” either all the time or none of the time?

I just returned from visiting WikiLeaks, and...
...yeah, it appears that the (searchable) "e-mails" may be (poorly) OCR-generated from the much clearer (but unsearchable) PDF images.
It's good to know that photocopies (PDFs) are available for fact-checking.

BTW & FWIW, I've observed lately that a significant majority of the remaining FReepers seem to be wont to leap off into conspiracy explanations ("This a plant by Clintoon’s snowflake trolls.") -- rather than making the effort to use the Internet -- to check for themselves.

Wand both candidates prior to debates. Hillary could also sneak in an ear piece by wearing large clip on earrings or a hair ornament extending over an ear, or even a curled hairpiece over one ear if her hair were swept to one side. I would put nothing past her.

Yep it’s an OCR (Optical Character Reader) anomaly.
Remember, Hillary had all of the e-mails that she submitted printed out and not simply transferred, thinking that giving large boxes stuffed full of documents would slow down any searches for incriminating terms and phrases.
Somebody apparently fed a large portion of them into a copier or scanner that can do OCR and translated the printed text to machine-readable text.

And where is the AM/PM on the Sent time. Do they mix the 24hr times? In the message both time modes are used.
