A socialist is a communist without their gun.

Costa Rica has no extradition treaty with the U.S., last I heard. Good place to flee from the regime.

Extradition is the least of your worries

As a guess, 1 in 20 Americans would be able to accept the third world compromises present even in the largest cities.

The capital, for example still uses septic/leach fields for sewage disposal.
Not speaking their language fluently also targets you as a victim for both white collar and brown collar criminals.

I removed them from my circle of friends.

In 1862 my people wore Union Blue—this time I will go for the grey. If Texas leaves the Union (Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas may well join her) How many would go to Texas and fight for freedom?

I don’t tend to associate with those who would elect a criminal like Clinton. Almost had a final round with my best friend of 53 years. All was forgiven when she called me after the Republican Convention and admitted I was right in my arguments for Trump. She is now “working on” her friends who are still stuck like glue to the Dem. Party.

She was an exception! I don’t bother with others. Just tell them I don’t associate with idiots.

I confess that, based on what I know about Judaism, his support for Christianity can only be described as pandering.

I called in to Medved yesterday and was able to get through easily. They were talking about the minimum wage. I wanted to bring up that those in government strongly support it because its function is to help price inflation, thereby “growing” the economy and monetizing the debt. I was on hold the entire hour and they never got to me. Fortunately, it was during my 90 minute commute so no time lost.

Instead, they allowed people to call in with utterly inane perspectives on the concept.

I honestly get the feeling he did not want to talk about that aspect.

I agree on the environmental and diversity issues, but those postings tend to have a business related slant.

What I haven’t seen is straight up political/election/partisan type content. Have you?

I’m so behind in catching up here, but after seeing your post I wanted to comment. It has effected my dating as well, it’s almost gotten to the point of being comical!

Meet a man for coffee, the topic of barry comes up and as I calmly state my inherent distrust of ALL things barry, the date is over. Saves me a ton of time, so it’s all good :)

I have friends of long standing as well as family who are quite liberal. By mutual consent, we do not discuss politics at all.
