Cops Accused of Intentionally Mowing Down Groundhog in Golf Cart

Two police officers in upstate New York have been suspended as authorities investigate claims the cops used a golf cart to run down and kill a groundhog during a police union's golf tournament.
Witnesses reported seeing the two men chase a groundhog near one of the holes at the Frear Park Golf Course in the city of Troy last Friday afternoon, authorities said. The animal was killed when the cart ran over it.

Take it from someone who has hunted these varmints as a kid with a .22. I doubt being run over by a golfcart would kill one of these vermin. And to answer your question, no, it taste nothing like chicken, more like eating squirrel or rabbit if you get a young one.

Years ago, in the WSJ I believe, there was an article on approximately how much wood a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck was wont to chuck wood.
Some park employee guesstimated from the how long a groundhog took to excavate a hole, and then extrapolated into wood chips from the volume of earth removed.
