Untouched by human hands?
They don't care about what happens to the $15/hour fast food worker.
They do care what happens to the $35/hour union worker with a built in wage increase in his contract when the minimum wage goes up.
Yes, we do-and here at least those workers don’t get or expect $15 per hour-I work in construction as a sub-times are hard-you take what you can get and are grateful for it-the $15 per hour or else whiners have apparently not yet experienced being broke and hungry...
Too slow, not the same robot machine. The one in SF can make hundreds per hour. They still need people to clean tables... until a Roomba for tables is invented.

There are already floor sweeping and sanitizing robots.
The only area where they will be needed is on the customer side, there wont be any dirty feet on the business side.
Robots are coming either people bitch about min wage or not. That is simple innovation and tech. I dunno if people will opt for robots making food for them or not. To each their own, I doubt prices will come down one way or the other.
Dave: “Hal, make that a large fries.”
Robotry is not turning out like we thought back then. Robots have become a commodity.
the minimum wage is all about union payback...
union contracts are tied to the minimum wage..
higher the minimum wage, higher the union wage
