Oregon mom fatally shoots home intruder after finding him in her child's bedroom
After finding a stranger in her child’s bedroom, an Oregon mother opened fire and killed the intruder early Sunday morning.
Police arrived at the home in Portland at about 1:47 a.m., when they found a dead man inside.
The homeowner, 33, called 911 and told officers she shot him.
The mother had been out with her two children, 5 and 10, when she came home and spotted the creep in one of her kid’s bedrooms.
Already armed with a handgun, she shot and killed 59-year-old man hiding in her child’s room.

Just waiting for a follow up story on how the 59 year old criminal was trying to put his life back together and was going to start school in the fall, but had his life snuffed out by an “evil” gun.

It is possible she went to a friend or relative’s house, the adults talked, the kids slept, then they gather them up in their arms, bundle them in the car, and go home.
Not saying that is what happened, but there are plausible, non-fishy explanations.

Agreed, 100%. Coming home late doesn't necessarily mean no sleep. Of course, gun fire and cops coming over might cause more of a lack of sleep than going to see the grandparents.😉
