Cruz to NBC: Trump 'Inappropriate to Attack a Judge's Race or Ethnicity'
NBC News ^ | Jun 6 2016, 5:06 pm ET | NBC News

Here's an interesting exchange between NBC News and former Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz that happened just now:

NBC: Donald Trump's remarks about Judge Curiel, are his concerns legitimate?

Cruz: Of course it's inappropriate to be attacking a federal judge's race or ethnicity. You're going to have ask Donald to explain the reason he says the things he does. I'm not going to try to do so.

NBC: Ben Sasse said that what Donald Trump said about the judge is pure definition of racism. Is Donald Trump a racist?

Cruz: As I said, it is obviously inappropriate to attack a judge's race or ethnicity. Beyond that, you're going to have to ask Donald.

NBC: (As Cruz walks away): Last question — Senator, can you fathom though still at this point supporting Donald Trump in November?

(No response -- goes into office)

Cruz, the darling child of the “true conservatives”, refuses to stand for conservative principles.

I’m sure he’d be happy to just whine on Fox about “but...but...there’s bias.” Trump takes action instead. But apparently that’s a no-no.

I wish Trump would come out and say exactly that! Why does he let the media and his opponents spin this?

He better turn around, wise up, and become artful with words. Don’t count on Sanders to run Independent; thirty something percent is not going to do the job. If he is not up to the job he should stand aside. Clinton should not become President.

Team GOP is standing with the “wise latina/latino” but really Trump is the problem. Got it.

At this point I honestly can see no reason for millions of Trump voters to ever support Ted Cruz and the rest of the careerist GOP again. They simply won’t defend us against rampaging Demofascists.

Notice Cruz gave a brief media availability to stick the knife in on Trump on this issue. Of course he was no where to be found when conservatives were being assaulted in San Jose last week. That’s all we need to know about his “principles” and “conservatism”, IMO.

That is a stupid echo chamber argument. Anyone but Clinton (or her stand in), preferably Trump (if he's up to the job; we will see and probably weep). Hopefully Dr Carson gets through to him.

NBC: Ben Sasse said that what Donald Trump said about the judge is pure definition of racism. Is Donald Trump a racist?

Is NBC just stupid; or do they really believe that race has no influence on people's decision making, which suggests that they are just indoctrinated.

Donald Trump suggested that the Judge let his racial identification bias him against Trump. I would love to cross exam in the NBC reporter, as to why he feels that is impossible or unfair--if he really does.

By the way, Jefferson explained to Congress why he cut corners to buy Lousiana. It was to create a buffer between two very distinctly different cultures. (But I am sure that fact requires a higher pay grade than the NBC reporter's.

The attorney group leading the lawsuit against Trump are heavily involved in Democrat politics and have paid Bill and Hillary Clinton $675,000 for “speeches”. (link)

The Judge in the lawsuit is an open borders immigration activist with direct ties to San Diego La Raza, and has openly engaged with them on their political endeavors. (link) and (link) including scholarships for illegal aliens.

The Trump lawsuit relies (in part) on testimony from a former disgruntled employee of the Trump Organization who went to work for notorious #NeverTrump activist Glenn Beck. (link)

Trump won big and I voted for him. He is centering the campaign for the Presidency on a court case over a university and injected ethnicity into it; stupid and wrong.

Ethnicity is not enough; inject gender into the argument (since women outvote men); utter madness; sometimes I think people want to lose so they can be perpetual victims.

Tell your friends and people you may correspond with on the internet to look up “Aztlan” or “La Raza” or “MECHA”. Aztlan is the fictitious land that La Raza is going to establish in the southwestern United States as soon as they drive out all the whites or other non-Mexicans. La Raza is the foundational group of Mexican supremacy and MECHA is a student organization in our schools which teaches Mexican supremacy and a hate filled interpretation of American history. Governor Jan Brewer of Arizona passed a law that would forbid teaching school curriculum that incites resentment between groups to stop this poisonous MECHA program that was in the Arizona schools.

He did. On a Sunday interview, plus probably a lot more places I didn’t hear.

And how much have you heard about that Sunday interview in the news?

Trump led with "Mexican heritage" last week, and everything else has been lost in the shouting.

Had he led with "conflict of interest", and explained those them by pointing out specific actions and positions, he wouldn't be on the defensive at this point.

WE have to make it clear to Hispanics—they are NOT special people, they are just like all other immigrants and other ethnic and racial groups. We have to impress on everyone that we must vote for what we believe is good for everyone. The Democrats have created these ethnic voting blocks and the cowardly Republicans do not have the sense to challenge this un-American practice.
