Although the Enquirer is a scandal sheet and is laughed at and discredited by many, they are more often right than wrong.

In a nation as immoral as ours is now, the homosexual angle itself won’t hurt her as much as we believe. Just as we know that Obama is a homosexual. But here is how it may hurt her. She is planning to announce that Bill has some sort of disease. She’s going to use that to insulate herself and Bill from criticism. It is their strategy to try and deflect all of Trump’s punches on their horrible record and behavior in the past. Much of it criminal. And when Trump brings up Bill’s sexual assaults and rapes, Hillary will claim that Trump is attacking a very sick man, and that she is again the loyal devoted wife. If the lesbian lover angle comes out, that ruins her deflection strategy.
They better wear a bathing cap in that tunnel of love, or they’ll get Debbie Wasserman-Schultz’s hairstyle.

My guess, joking aside... she knows the release of the emails is unstoppable, and this is being leaked in a hail-Mary pass so the focus is on her sordid, but not illegal, penchant for women, hoping to divert attention away from the one-off, quid pro quo money-belching (very illegal) scam of trading her SOS powers for big buck Bill speeches.
This is calculated to divert attention from the illegal activities long enough for her to get in office. From there, she can shut down all investigation.
If proven true (absolute true) they will be flying rainbow stripe flags with her photo on them at the DNC. . .
