I was expecting to see this as top news today. I realize not everyone has daughters and granddaughters and might not realize what a big deal this is, but is anyone else seeing it?
Laura Ingraham has devoted her show to it.
Don’t expect the mainstream media to cover this. We’re just supposed to suck it up until enough girls get raped.
I didn’t really that main posts don’t have Auto preview like replys so that headline should be “Any” not “Anyone”.
Just use whichever one you want to. If anyone questions you, you can either tell them you’re feeling pretty or you can sue the crap out of them for whatever.
To me it is a non-story so far. I will not comply and will do what is necessary to protect my wife and daughters. A “directive” issued by Bathhouse Barry is not law and should be ignored by all.
The fed has no business in public schools at all. If only everyone would read the Constitution and realize this we would be better off.
That aspect is in my opinion one of the most newsworthy aspect of this. And that is that the admin’s mafia like threat of lawsuits and the withdrawal of federal funds.
I find that stunning.
This IS a big deal.
It’s also ‘make work.’
Wonder what the real issue is while Obama is focusing on toileting. Obama is President of the US, not king not dictator. He can not speak and make it the law of the land. So ignore him.
There should be three types restrooms in all buildings from now on. Many building already have them. A men’s, a women’s and a universal or disable restroom where a caregiver can help their spouse, employer use the facility etc. Or a mother with a child etc. Transgender people can access that restroom. Okay! Issue solved.
Sadly I think you’re right, then there will be a gnashing of teeth and words of “deep regret” they don’t mean, because their actions have spoken louder than words.
The average American just feels powerless.
The only way I see to sieze back the power is Trump, who will tip the applecart on it’s side, drag the horse kicking and screaming to the front of the cart, and then put it off in the right direction. No one else has the political freedom (e.g. isn’t OWNED by special interests or money groups) to do it.
So we wait, and hope for sanity to return.
Well I know the media is biased and I wouldn’t expect coverage on ABCCBSNBCMSNBC but Varney and Company is not that pro-Obama and so far NOTHING.
I am surprised this is not a bigger story.
My wife reminded me last night that she and we are glad that my son is done with the public education system.
Trump must be held accountable for his policies. He can’t waffle and he must come out against this and STICK TO IT. For God’s sake, how difficult could that be??
The problem is all these guys send their kids to exclusive private schools. Is Sidwell changing their policy?

That’s how it works out: actual policy becomes “unisex restrooms” because nobody on site is going to question how anyone “self identifies sexually”. It’s not “transgender friendly”, it’s genitally ignored - despite millennia of segregation for good objective reasons.

Trump has said he wants the state’s to decide things like this, to my understanding. Which is way better than the feds for sure. But really, it doesn’t seem that hard to just say boys shouldn’t be using the girls exclusive areas in publically owned sex-exclusive areas.
