Congress would impose a new Yellowstone tax to combat the effects of the eruption.

It would be a lot easier to get a reservation at the Old Faithful Inn. The bad news is that the room would be in Oklahoma.

It would end the war on women because there wouldn’t be any left. Or men. Our luck, there’d probably be an enclave of queers in some underground bunker who would survive, but couldn’t carry on the species even though they were “married”.

From a documentary I saw it would lead to an enormous loss of life and extremely bad consequences for Western Civilization.

I hope I’m remembering the documentary wrong, what is the consequences on agriculture and everything east of Wyoming....

Really not good let’s hope it waits for a while.

"studies suggest the region inside this circle might see more than 4 inches (10 centimeters) of ash on the ground, scientists reported Aug. 27, 2014, in the journal Geochemistry, Geophysics, Geosystems."

With all DUE respect to these super scientists working for the USGS, I read the chart that is presented as being about >1,000 mm. I believe that that indicated ash depth is closer to 39 inches than it is to 4 inches. I used the darkest blue area of the chart. Are these the same guys that destroyed that river a few months back???
