Only three killed? Things are calming down in the Windy City. I'd say that's a quiet weekend here in the Windy City, however it was also a really crappy weather weekend. The gang-banging thugs don't like going out in the cold, much less the cold and rain we had this weekend.
Things will pick up as the weather warms up this weekend. Just watch and wait.
