I am answering for me, not EveningStar.

I am not voting for Trump, or for any Dim or GOPe candidate or nominee, but I am voting for the down ticket races that comply with those restrictions, and any State and local issues and question on the ballot.

In other words, your assumption in general is flawed.

Good for you, Jonah. I feel the same.

Losing the warmongering neo-cons to the rat party would be a net benefit. They're few in number and their policies have been disaster after disaster.

I can understand. No problem.

I'm voting for Trump. Only Trump. If I have to write him in.

I'm also voting for my US Rep, who is an early endorser. I'm not sure I'll vote for anyone else.

I've spent some time today researching other political parties in the event that I need to leave the Republican Party. We've had a good run, over 35 years. But my salvation doesn't depend on being a loyal Republican.

Jonah Goldberg continues his slide into (greater) irrelevancy.

He and NR accepted the Cruz superpac payola. Of COURSE he can’t renege on that. He be blacklisted forever. Or Brietbarted. Those guys taking that payola in “conservative” media are deeply in the pockets of hedgefund managers, Cheap Labor Express, etc.

“”become a good and honest man””

I’d like to ask Jonah a question. That’s a pretty strong statement about his judgment.

What do you know that supports your contention that Trump is NOT a good and honest man? I don’t recall ANY news stories - ever - that say otherwise. Put up or shut up! Everyone is entitled to feel/believe/ as they wish, no argument. But to imply someone is not a good and honest person simply because you don’t LIKE THEM, doesn’t say much for your intelligence.

We’re at a point now where the American people are showing that they’re smarter than the journalist/punditocracy. Jonah knows this now and he’s embarrassed with nowhere to go but to continue to double down.

I’ve asked the question numerous times to Cruz supporters and I’ve never had one reply where they said Cruz would win in November after a contested convention. Yet they still want a contested convention.

Which tells me the majority of Cruz supporter here would rather beat Trump than Hillary. Pathetic.

IMO, both are too badly damaged at this point so let the contested convention happen and let the chips fall were they may.
Then, if Hillary ends up winning, hopefully, we can find a candidate that can unite the base. I don’t think neither one can do that at this point. I was here during the Romney Wars and the division is greater now than then

“And they call Trump a ‘narcissist’. I doubt Jonah ever broke a sweat in his entire life.”

But he did get his hands dirty once when his fountain pen leaked.

And polls showed Reagan losing to Carter. So using your logic you would have wanted Howard Baker or GHW Bush instead.

” Their world is getting a lot smaller and their ‘product’ will likely soon be available only in Cape Cod or Newport antique stores. “

NR needs to be printed on soft, absorbent paper, in rolls.
