I will never vote for Hillary or Bernie, or anyone else the Democratic Party puts up.

The GOPE media lap dogs are outed as well and see the collapse of the *neverTrump false narrative.

These guys have absolutely nothing left to work with, especially Ted Cruz.

We have seen the mockery, then the rage, now the dejection of the Washington Cartel and MSM dealing with a colossal loss to the TRUMP TRAIN.

By July, at the National Convention acceptance should be in sight.

Cruz can then take the other train, the Last Train to Yuma, staring Glenn Ford, or some such.

LOL! :)

Re your tagline: Rush L. said that? Yikes.

There have been so many surprises since this primary seasons started. Trump not only running but drawing huge crowds and becoming the front runner. Mitt Romney openly revealing his nasty and dishonest side. M. Rubio turning into a robot. My original #1 Teddy Cruz becoming obsessed with Trump and time after time doing things that only hurt his chances.

Another surprise: NR is not a conservative mag any longer. And Jonathan Goldberg has outed himself as not a conservative. Does he actually want Hillary to win? What is his problem with Trump that he'd rather see this country overrun with radical Muslims and 3rd world gangs than have Trump win?

If a president Trump does the right thing, I will say he did the right thing — because that’s my job.

Isn't that enough? That would be sufficient, necessary, and praiseworthy.

The problem here is that Jonah's "job" is more to be a cheerleader and get enthusiastic over things, to praise and condemn extravagantly, and -- so far as Donald Trump -- is concerned, Jonah isn't going to praise and will be unrestrained in his abuse.

Still, it might be refreshing to recognize that politicians aren't superhuman and the one you support isn't without flaws. If Jonah spends all his time outside the tent, p____g in (as Lyndon Johnson used to say), that could be trouble.

Jonah is surprising me. It’s as if he thinks politics is a church meeting and Trump has stood up cursing during the sermon. Democrats do not mince words and go ugly when going after Republicans and Republicans have not been fighting back. It hurts us in the war of ideas and in winning races. Surely Jonah is not so inexperienced to understand this.

Also, does he not realize that Trump was acting/emoting in his reality show? His fighting back during this election is good news but does not mean he does not know how to act in less obnoxious situations. He would not be so successful if he did not know how to act properly.

But Jonha had best get used to to the sound of arguing and discord if the GOP and DNC try and screw him. He’ll use the bully pulpit to get what he wants if he is President. Unlike George Bush but more like Obama, he will go after those who go after him. Bush totally lost by not fighting the Dems and the GOP turncoats, McBackstabber and his girlfriend, Ms. Lindsay. He hurt the country badly.

If Trump is the nominee and you don’t vote, it’s a vote for Hillary/Bernie. I don’t see how anyone who calls themselves a conservative patriot could live with that.

Has Jonah passed the 10,000 mark with his articles about why he doesn’t like Trump? It’s like listening to a parrot or a broken record.

All ppl who consider themselves “intellectuals” and are not connected in any way to normal people who vote.

In fact, do any of them even vote? Probably not.

He’s told stories about how traumatized he was by his mom’s involvement with Linda Tripp, and how they were practically held hostage in their home by the press of MSM trying to get to them.

He certainly accepted the spoils that came to him from all that exposure, though.

Jonah's problem is one of ego. He is as egotistical as Donald Trump. But Trump's ego really is justified. Jonah's is more threatened wishful thinking. As I posted here, earlier:

"Jonah is as full of himself as is Donald Trump. The real difference is that Trump is correct in his self-estimation. Goldberg, on the other hand, is just full of himself.

"Donald Trump is an awakening Conservative. His Conservatism is in his nature; now he is coming to grips with crucial issues, and that Conservatism is really beginning to show. That Jonah is still focused more on superficial personality aspects continues to show.

"As I have written based on over sixty years of battling for Conservative principles, Trump: Metaphor For American Conservatism."

I believe that Trump may well prove to be the real deal. That is why I support him.

Hey Jonah. Since you seem to seek wisdom you should be wise enough to know there’s a right time for the right person. Trump is paving the antiestablishment path that Cruz is merely walking in. You and your wise elders should see that a Cruz Presidency after a Trump Presidency would be more fitting and carry greater influence that a Cruz Presidency would now. You and Cruz should realize this and if Cruz bring Trump down by forcing a contested convention he will end up bringing his own political future down the toilet. This may be the best last chance the nation has and we cannot afford to get this wrong. I hope in all your wisdom seeking you realize we cant afford to be without Trump now, and them without Cruz in 8 years.

Another Repub makes the case against Trump, and it’s nothing but the same little pile of snotty snobbishness.

This is hilarious.

Our self-appointed "conservative thinkers and media giants" came out with that idiotic NRO screed, thinking... no doubt... that they'd be the ones to put this right.

"We'll speak, and that will be an end to this foolishness!"

To use my favorite expression, Trump has yanked their pants to their ankles and exposed their little pee-pees for all the world to see.

They do not "own" conservatism. They are NOT our overseers. They scribble on paper, mainly to support the wing of the party that is intent on continual warfare, open borders, and ridiculous trade deals.

They've been marginalized. Laughing stocks among the rank and file. So, yeah, they'll come on board. There will be a trigger... maybe the VP selection... but there will be SOMETHING that will allow them to jump on board "with reservations, but acknowledging the wisdom" of whatever event that let them climb in off the ledge.

And then they can take credit for uniting the party and leading it to victory. Mark it down.
