The only whistle she heard was a dog whistle.
There are different kinds of whistles. There’s the whistle when you see a fox. Then there’s the whistle that you use to call your dog. I think it was that one that she’s referring to.

Good grief. Those two... EVERYTHING is about them or has to do with them or has to glorify them. They have achieved the highest position on earth and STILL the moan and complain that the world owes them something.
I loathe them both. Disgusting human garbage grifting off the tax payers. What’s next? There’s no sedan to carry her up and down the stairs of AF1?
LOL, she wasn’t...she was angry, and laid into my dad later for leaving her alone in a foreign country with all those kids.
Of course, years later she laughed about it (while he grinned loudly) and she would imitate the gestures and mouth sounds they made, looking outraged at my father, while inside, was probably flattered...:)
