Stop Trump and Never Trump
self | self

Posted on 03/15/2016 1:09:42 PM PDT by detective

When politicians and media people say stop Trump and Never Trump what they really mean is stop the voters. What they mean is never let the voters get control of the nomination or the presidency.

Wasn’t it Stalin who said something to the effect of “It isn’t those who vote who have power — it is those who COUNT the votes.”

The GOPe will not take this “people thinking for themselves” lying down!

The GOP wants to turn this into 1964. But this time D. Trump could go all the way.

Right on, the Party considers themselves more important than the voters, especially the GOPe.

Such nonsense.

The majority of voters don’t want Trump.

He has done well because of the media hype...and because he’s been the loudest voice in a crowded class of candidates. But this will soon change.

Soon it will be Trump vs. Cruz. And it won’t be pretty for Trump.

Cruz will kick his butt.

There once was a very popular , brilliant and rich businessman who ran for President on the Republican ticket. He thought Government needed to get it’s hands on things and he won the White House: Herbert Hoover. On the other hand there once was a religious man who was deeply committed to protecting the Constitution: Thomas Jefferson. I’m going with the Thomas Jefferson model.

By your logic, much BIGGER MAJORITY OF VOTERS do NOT WANT CRUZ, who was born in Canada.

Do you notice how there are no politicians or Media types saying Stop Cruz or Never Cruz?

I like Cruz and think he would be a good president. If he is the nominee I will support him.

“The majority of voters don’t want Trump.”

In an election with many candidates it is very difficult for one candidate to get an absolute majority. But Trump has gotten far more votes than any other candidate.

I’ll support Cruz if he’s the nominee, will you support Trump if he is?
