Yes, I would scream and run in panic, too! LOL! Mostly because you wouldn’t know what that was immediately. Poor thing ran off, also scared.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either satire or opinion. Or both.)

The report says that they attended to the needs of the animal. Did anyone think to check on the woman? I am sure she was scared shirtless.

Don’t ask me why I thought about Laz.

She seemed to handle it very well for a 99 year old. So happy the baby is reunited with its original owner :)

I personally would only be concerned about the woman, but I am not PC.

The reporter should have done her homework. Raccoons and monkeys can not mate. The kinkajou is a member of the same mammalian family as raccoons and they are often mistaken for monkeys. But they are not a hybrid of the two.

“...which is a cross between a raccoon and monkey...”
Cool animal. But no - not a “cross”.

I personally dislike such screwy non-native pets.
these people need to get a dog or a cat, maybe a hamster.
why get an animal from God-knows where and bring here?

So the loose pythons in Florida don’t eat the dogs and cats?

Myself, I thought of Howard Stern, upon hearing of a kinkajou caressing a woman in her sleep. Just like him, I thought.

Don't ruin the story.....Ha!!
It sounded good!!
Pretty soon...we will hear about a cross between a dog and a cat...called a doat. Loving, loyal, and aloof..all in the same package.

A kinkajou is not a cross between a raccoon and a monkey.

I think they do have hunts for them. I’m not sure how successful they are. I’m guessing with all of these foreign things, once they are in and grab hold they are pretty tough to get rid of.
