Let me guess ... more proof that America is racist?
Let’s face it — Spike Lee is NOT a good director.
Let’s face it.
It’s a political hit piece of a movie. It wasn’t intended to be a money-maker. It was intended to be an anti-gun/anti-NRA/anti-republican/anti-business/anti-White hit piece, while at the same time showing support for Obama and democrats. Those actors/actresses, probably took on their roles for peanuts, if they were paid at all, because, they are all of like-minds when it comes to liberal matters.
I am not sure that American audiences appreciate attempting to transport Lystistrata to the Big Screen. In Chicago.
I do not think I want to give any money to Spike Lee, but I am tempted because of the classic Greek play connection...
Not sure why this movie is getting it’s own thread. But the movie was only in 305 theaters across the country for 4 days and then went down. Most movies start off with 3,000 theaters so of course it will not make as much money as Spotlight or The Big Short.
Kinda of a dumb threat honestly.
My night is now complete:)
Good. Because what you are doing is nasty and lying. But you know that. You think everyone is stupid......we’ll you are wrong. Your little thread has been found to be a lie. I’ll give you a “D” for effort though.
Good grief. You’re losing it.
Oh it sucks when you are called out as a fraud. I know I feel for you. Hope you get better. By tomorrow this thread will be down 15 pages as it should be.
1) It was hyped; 2) It stands to lose millions; 3) It's all but disappeared from the news.
