Who was Aldo Mario Bellei, and why should Donald Trump care and Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe know? Because Mr. Bellei puts the lie to Donald Trump's attack on the eligibility of Senator Ted Cruz to be president backed up by Professor Tribe's claim that "[t]he Supreme Court has never addressed the issue.
Yep...but everyone now says he was President illegally, and knew it, and burned a lot of his documentation so it would not see the light of day.

The Supremes never gave a definition of “is” either. However the Senate and Homeland Security gave the definition as born on US soil and of TWO US parents with SR 511.

The problem with that statement is that the statute does not confer citizenship; it merely acknowledges it.
None of the involved statutes claimed to be conferring citizenship. They all declared it to have been in prior existence.

A Senate Resolution acknowledging that McCain had two citizen parents. So What? Homeland Security has only existed since 2002. By what authority do they define NBC?

Wrong. Congress only has the power of naturalization. They can't define a natural born Citizen. Only the Laws of Nature and Nature's God can do that.

As I have argued for many months now, various forums, Cruz’s eligibility comes from the Constitution and was automatic. Nothing would have prevented his citizenship and his eligibility.
What you are doing is claiming the eligibility was statutory and then posting statutory requirements.
And you are very prolific.
