Who was Aldo Mario Bellei, and why should Donald Trump care and Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe know? Because Mr. Bellei puts the lie to Donald Trump's attack on the eligibility of Senator Ted Cruz to be president backed up by Professor Tribe's claim that "[t]he Supreme Court has never addressed the issue.

Not true. Donald can merely say he will wait it out and pick someone else at the last minute. There is no requirement that a Presidential nominee have a VP before.

What do you call the process by which Cruz applied for citizenship?
What is a natural born citizen? Are you one? How does the circumstance of your birth differ from Cruz? Or obama had he been born in Kenya?
It certainly makes the place more, shall we say, hive-like and peaceful.
By the way, why are you opposed to TPA, anyway? This has been around since the Carter Administration and it was just being re-authorized. I’ll bet you don’t really have any idea about what TPA is or does, and you either are confusing it with TPP or are just repeating liberal talking points
Since my support has now switched to Trump, I suggest you keep writing this type of thing. It soooooo bolsters your position and gets others to want to support your guy.
This is not a good situation, and I don't know what to do about it. I want Cruz. I don't want Trump, but I will support him if he wins the nomination.
Trump will keep appointing Liberal Judges to the Federal Courts, where Cruz would appoint strict conservatives. I want those conservative Judges, but like I said, this is not a good situation.
Of course, whether or not Cruz would be eligible or not has been discussed since he ran for the Senate seat in 2012.
Pretty sure Trump wasn’t running back then.

Cruz has never applied for citizenship.
He was born a US citizen.

Hussein’s mother did not meet the staute’s requirement to have lived in the US for 5 years after age 16. Therefore she could not bestow citizenship on Hussein. Which is why he had to be naturalized - which is why he passport records were accessed and subsequently sealed.
