Contrary to popular belief, she did stay there from time to time. She had her hair done at the salon right next to my office, at least once if not more. I was hoping she’d run for McCain’s seat, but the old codger won’t give it up. I really think it’s because Meagan hates her, and somehow convinced that cadaver into running again.

Since he’s running again, she has no reason to keep the place. Hopefully, she’s a Kelly Ward supporter now.

There were threads about this property here on FR when Sarah bought the place.

There were some great images, showing the house inside and out.

I figured she purchased the property for a bargain price, since it wasn’t long after the financial crisis when the Palins acquired the home.

I am not much on the flipping culture, but value is value and they saw over the horizon. Kudo’s to her and Todd for doing the following...

Asking price @ 2.499 (million) , Bought @ 1.695 million with a potential Profit of $804,000. Subtract 6% for commission, approx $48,000 and you wind up with $756,000 in Long Term Capital Gains.

Now I am sure bids will be less, but even so, they Palin’s stand to clear 500 to 750k ( over 5 years ) at a time when interest rates were bumpkus, and they obviously didn’t want this portion of their net worth in the equity markets.

I’d like to see her detractors in the hollywierd and political chattering classes have such slick investment moves!!!
