Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders are sitting in a bar.
A guy walks in and asks the barman, 'Isn't that Trump and Sanders sitting over there?' The bartender says, 'Yep, that's them.'
So the guy walks over and says, 'Wow, this is a real honor! What are you guys doing in here?'
Trump says, 'We're planning WW III.' The guy says, 'Really? What's going to happen?'
Trump says, 'Well, we're going to kill 140 million Muslims and one blonde with big boobs.'

Ten big nukes would do that: Karachi, Jakarta, Cairo, Lagos, Dhaka, Istanbul, Tehran, Lahore, Baghdad, Faisalabad. I'm not advocating that, just doing the math.
You forgot, MOST importantly, Mecca and Medina as #1 Top Priority targets. And I AM advocating that.
Russia has 1,700 active nukes, plus 3,000 more in their stockpile if you include those that are not mated to missiles/bombs/whatever. If you do the math on that, there are more than enough to remove the top ten Muslim cities in population, your two "religiously" important cities, and most of the rest of Islam from anything approaching relevance.
