It was 91 degrees yesterday on Guam
We have banana plants setting fruit.
Since each plant will produce 100-150 pounds of bananas and we have three plants I think i need to buy a dehydrator

Dried banana is not bad. I bought some at the county fair here a few years ago

You can also freeze the overripe ones and toss them in a yonanas machine. Makes a surprisingly good frozen treat.
